Today (7-17-21) was my first visit to the Fairmount location. Sam was my stylist today. Because this was my first visit, she was incredibly helpful. I'm not kidding when I say this was the best haircut I've had in years! Sam was the best and I would highly recommend her and this location to anyone!

This place has some of the best Stylist- however management couldn’t plan a birthday party. You check in online and are provided appt time. Every time i arrive early I am waiting past my appointment by 40 minutes or they text you come 30 minutes earlier or risk loosing your spot in line. Can’t they get their crap together and schedule a little better. Appears the only concern they have is how many $ they can drive thru th e sore regardless of customers time. Management get it together that’s your job MANAGE!!!

Lindsey is outstanding there's no doubt in my mind she has a huge following.. She also has a great personality.
